Refund policy

1. *Returns:*

- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 

2. *Refunds:*
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3. *Exchanges:*
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with an identical item or provide a store credit.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at agiios.apparel@gmail.com with the subject line Exchange Request. 


4. *Refused or Undeliverable Packages:*
- If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

5. *International Returns:*
- International returns are subject to the same policy, with customers responsible for return shipping costs.
